Visiting Upper Antelope Canyon, located on Navajo Nation boundary, did not require any climbing— unlike Lower Antelope canyon. It sits at ground level, but don’t be deceived by its plain exterior. Once our Navajo guide led us inside, there were no words to describe the beauty of this place. The natural rock patterns, curves, and sunlight coming through the top crevices made it feel magical. This slot canyon was a geometric splendor, preserving the footprints of wind and water.
